erac’s staff are professional Building Services Engineers with over 15 years experience in engineering consultancy. Building Services Engineers are among the best qualified to provide advice in terms of insulation and energy consuming equipment in buildings.

We are Chartered Engineers and Registered BER Assessors with SEI. We are fully insured and hold PI (Professional Indemnity) and PL (Public Liability) insurance. We are fully compliant with Health and Safety requirements and will provide a Health and Safety Statement for all projects.
